I think it’s nothing to do with any girl or to the top agent. If you recall the episode 1 there’s a scene that he was giving a praise to the top agent about the jewelry design.. And if you notice the mother and the eldest son they are openly showing how much they love art, and about the part when he took the jewelry of his wife I think he was got stunned from the necklace beauty and was got shocked when his wife coming in unexpectedly and got no time to get it back into place that’s why he unconsciously hide it. And in the latest eps we seen the part that he didn’t like to become the CEO heartedly or to be part of the MC group.
