You have 3 legal options to watch this, Netflix, Viki or Youtube(Kukan Channel/WeTV app). If you cant watch it in any of the three, you can probably resort to piracy sites if that's fine with your moral compass.
At episode 20, love the fact that when she is doing what she wanted to do (clothe design), she kind of forgot that she is doing the measurement on his long time crush, and instead of her getting the giddies and blushes, its Liang You Nian who was getting nervous.

The way I see it, watching this tells me that it doesn't hurt to make yourself a better version of yourself.
It's society and peer pressure that make us undergo this changes of self improvement. It is her society, the people around her, that decided that she is ugly because she have curly hair, uneven teeth darker skin tone. That's reality.
The drama tells us a story, and its doing just that.
