Some would say no, others would say yes. Let's just say it's very slight. But you'll enjoy the chemestry (whoever you'll root for) and the drama as a whole even more ;)
Oh? There are too few comments here... What do you guys think of this drama ? For now, I like Chen Che but am not too fond of Ye Zhen Zhen. She's a bit too childish in my opinion. I hope she'll mature later.
I knew it since a few episodes ago but this drama is definitely my all-time favourite and probably for quite a while ! But, unfortunately I don't expect a season 2... If they do make one, it will be a futuristic drama and this is hard to pull off. Still, that would be pretty interesting. After all, they don't have to make it 15 years into the future, it could just be 3 or 5. But I'm satisfied with this ending either way. Everyone is alive. Plus, what they say at the end about how everything turns out well if they just don't give up, it means to me that they're going to change their future... since they are not giving up on LJH.
Let's assume that our good guys will solve everything: Jae Han lives, Sun Woo is saved. That would probably mean…
I don't think so. I nead to re-watch the episodes to confirm but I think whatever PHY said after her death was still heard that way by LJH. If it wasn't, then the timeline wouldn't get modified and CSH wouldn't be saved. Then again, a case did get erased on the paper... So this actually means the past conversations do change for LJH. But does he remember the alternative timeline like PHY? Arf, I don't know anymore! LOL

I think it's already like that. Only the present changes. Remember what happened when Cha Soo Hyun died. Park Hae Yeong could remember the two timelines and Lee Jae Han had still received the transmissions in order to solve the case. I guess they are creating parallel universes maybe ;)
Can't help but to think that this drama will end in one or the other, the first way Kim Bum Joo and the guy above…
Yeah... Maybe Jae Han isn't supposed to be saved. He may have to sacrifice himself for Hae Yeong's future safety. Maybe Hae Yeong was made aware of Jae Han's death only to find out the truth and arrest the main culprit in the present timeline.
So much hate on this drama but i started last night and i'm hooked Ahn Jae Hyun is so boss in this drama love…
My mind is already trying to forget this painful experience but I'll try to remember what this ending was like.
1) Park Ji Sang is supposed to be some super vampire at some point. Does it help him against Lee Jae Wook ? Not really.
2) During the whole drama, they are looking for an anti-virus. Do they find it ? I think they actually managed to do it but I'm not even sure. Why ? Because everyone dies in the end anyway.
3) What about the other patients ? Don't know.
4) After this mess and all those dead patients or disappearences, shouldn't the police start to ask some questions ?
To sum it up, it felt like the writers had cooked up too many mysteries. So, when it was time to end it all, not knowing how to get out of this mess, they probably went like this : "Oh, I got an idea! Let's kill everyone. That way, no more mysteries!"
And I'm probably forgetting quite a lot of other problems...

Well, right after finishing it, I actually gave it a 6 (minus 2 points for the ending). But the more I though about it, the madder I got. This last episode made it all SO pointless to see this drama! I gave a 6 to a lot of other dramas which didn't seem as good as this one. But if I fast-forwarded them a little, the story was still enjoyable. Plus, if I ever felt like I wouldn't like it, I dropped it quite fast. (That's usually where I rate dramas between 2 and 5/10.) But for this one, I had to watch all 20 episodes (so about 20 hours!) before understanding I had wasted my time. There are so many questions left with no answer that it's not even acceptable. I'm usually quite lenient when it comes to endings. As long as the main story gets a resolution (happy or sad ending alike), I'm okay with it. But that's exactly the problem here, it never came.
One solution if you insist on watching this drama would be to stop at episode 19 and imagine your own ending. You would be better off this way. Then again, surprisingly enough, I see from the comments that some people did like it despite having watched this last episode...
I'll try to give more explanation in the comment below hidden as spoiler.
This might be an odd hypothosis I've come up with, but I've been thinking about a potential 'butterfly'/ripple…
Well, they hint at a possible romance between Hae Yeong and Soo Hyun too :p
But unfortunately for me, I think Jae Han will be saved and end up with Soo Hyun. If he finds out the truth about the Injoo case, Ahn Chi Soo might not get transfered, become Kim Bum Joo's lackey and kill him in the end. I also think for Jae Han's character, they needed an actor who could easily pass off as a relatively young cop as well as one older by 20 years. Moreover, in the first episode, before getting killed, it seems he had to give an answer to Soo Hyun. Maybe to her confession...
