Honestly, I don't really get it... Some do get dubbed while some don't. And it's not like this one wasn't popular enough. Rarely have I seen k-dramas get an English dub. Btw, this one was dubbed in Hindi last year.

This K-Drama has not been dubbed in English.

It is the official version. Their dialogues are in Chinese and they communicate with the Joseon people through translators even in the drama.

Although the second season didn't give the same vibes and I was a bit disappointed about it... but I still loved that as well!
