personally, i disliked how nabi was under the impression that jaeeon has a gf while making out with him because…
isn't nabi trying to stay away from jae eon though? she's literally trying her best by ignoring his texts/calls, but he's found her in her hiding spot, is saying he wants to kiss her in front of everyone, and is flirting with her when she's alone (kissed her too) knowing she's still whipped for him and won't say no... nabi should say no but he's making it really hard right? and she even said "won't your gf get mad?" and he didn't answer properly. we should blame jae eon more!
as for stringing do hyuk along, she should clear up what's going on with him... he's doing a lot for someone who's not even his gf yet, I don't know how she doesn't feel burdened by him- tell him that you don't have feelings for him (yet?), and that you're trying to get over jae eon? so that he can make a decision based on facts.
I wanna say a bunch of other stuff after episode 7: 1. Everyone's right. The art teacher storyline is so random and unnecessary. 2. Watching Park Jae eon's serious face during the whole trip in episode 7 was both hot and satisfying. 3. Even during this heated triangle moment between the leads, the other students' relationships are much more interesting (bit na, sol...) and I'm sad about the Min Gwi cuts. 4. OMG. THE BREAK-UP. 5. Ji wan telling Sol to only hang out with her. I want them together but Ji wan is very obsessive. 6. During the ferris wheel ride, I just wanted Na Bi to say what she wants. Just TELL him that you want a serious relationship and that you'll only reciprocate if he agrees on these terms. Is it not so simple after everything you've been through ;-; 7. In the end, when Na Bi asked about Jae eon's gf, Jae eon didn't deny it and said it wasn't important at the moment like- what?
For people who read the webtoon, episode 6-7 seem different from the original story right? Jae eon didn't really long for Na Bi in the webtoon during this stage, after Na Bi interacted with his ex (even if he did look for her again in the webtoon, y'all know it wasn't for a positive reason... he still liked his ex). But in the drama, he misses Na Bi quite a lot and doesn't love his ex.
people who read the webtoon, has this show been loyal to the original plot in the most recent episode?
mostly, yes. but in ep 6-7, the drama is showing that jae eon misses nabi but in the webtoon, he lingered after his ex and didn't really miss nabi (in hindsight)... makes me think this'll have a different ending than the webtoon
After watching episode 4, I get what everyone means by how there's so many passionate scenes but no actual chemistry... the secondary characters are way more interesting and I'm just watching this to see the down-fall of the lead characters
They aren't in relationship tho , they are just sex friend and FL has attachments issue . She is changing tho…
I agree with LinZin. They're friends with benefits and aren't in a relationship so technically it's okay to kiss others, though that isn't the problem. The problem is they didn't establish what type of relationship they have and what the other person can and can't do. I heard someone say that the problem here is they both have different goals - FL wants a relationship but ML wants a fling.
The ML is not toxic because he wants a sex partner. He is toxic because he CONTINUES to pursue the FL despite knowing she doesn't want a fling. It would only be okay if she wanted a fling too. They have communication and boundary issues.
I liked Find Yourself cause of the different elements (family, friends, co-workers) and it felt realistic + loved the characters... for anyone who's watched both, will I like Rational Life?
maybe this is cause I have yet to watch more of the drama, but it's SO obvious in the drama that he's a player... whereas the webtoon made it was much more vague

Different ending approaching? Maybe.
