Suddenly I've been dropped in 40 episode drama I'll do it for JCW NJH
My guess is money. They're putting an ad between the two parts. I've heard it's a "premium" ad. The terrestrial networks are probably losing out on money these days due to cable dramas doing so well with ratings, so they're cutting the drama in two so they can sell the ad space at a higher price.

This is the highest-grossing Korean documentary of all time. I've heard that there will be screenings of this film at the LA Film Fest in June 2015. If you have a chance, definitely go and see it! It's such a wonderful, touching story and the couple is so cute!
