In my opinion, Go Ahead doesn't fit in the step-siblings romance category, they are like any other friend. ML…
Not true! The characters in Go Ahead are vehement about being a family. That's kind of the whole point of the drama! That sharing DNA or a family name isn't what makes a family, it's love and support, and these "unrelated" people have more of a right to call each other family than the terrible parents who neglected/abused/abandoned them do. They push back against the "but you're not really related" mentality over and over and over again! And you're seriously going to pretend they were all just friends???
I didn't add What's Wrong with Secretary Kim as one of my top three, but I do think that it's overrated. I could…
I wish I'd dropped it after the first ep, but I somehow made it all the way through the second ep. I'm not sure what your reasons were, but I hated the ML! He was so insufferable! He wasn't a lovable jerk like most rich male leads tend to be, he was just a jerk.
FOE is good but there are points where it is cliché like the end with the whole memory loss plot + the main lead…
Yeah, Flower of Evil was decent but the random amnesia was so stupid and unnecessary. And, in my personal subjective opinion, the leads had no chemistry and the romance was bland and uninteresting.
It's not the worst drama on the list, not by far. I chose it because it's just not as good as people pretend it is. 9.1??? Come on.
Okay so just wondering, does this show end up having like anti-foreigner propoganda at the end?? I'm only a few…
The big bads were the Europeans, yeah, but I think that's perfectly fair considering they were literally colonizing a country that wasn't theirs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Enjoyed this! The cases were fun. Got really annoyed that every Viki comment said 'FL is so annoying'. She was…
Ugggh Viki comments... Chusheng put up with so much, lol! Personally, I kept hoping that he'd move into the apartment, but that would've been too cruel (but funny). The poor guy looked like he regretted ever meeting Lu Yao and Bai Younging whenever he visited and they started fighting haha
I dislike Bai Youning's character because she is poorly written, like a mannequin with tacked-on characteristics…
She's like a mannequin with tacked-on characteristics? That's funny because she still has more personality traits than Qiao Chusheng, lol (I like him, but lbr, he's flat in comparison to the other two). And "hypocritical, brash, spoiled, and violent" and "loud and rude" all describe Lu Yao as well! But sure, pretend you dislike her for transparently fake, HYPOCRITICAL reasons instead of the real reason which is that she's a woman who dared to get in the way of the "bromance."
The drama could have been exceptional without her? Without the ONLY main female character? You're FEMALE, and it's so sad that you'd rather watch something with zero women than with just one single tiny deeply flawed but fully fleshed-out, well-rounded human woman!! But, listen. If you truly can't stand to have some stupid girl come in and exist and ruin a few measly dribbles of shippable moments between men who would never ever otherwise get together, then guess what? You have about a billion different things to watch or read instead!
But maybe consider splitting this into separate lists?? Because "underappreciated" and "unique" are two entirely different concepts, and what's happening is that the truly underappreciated dramas are getting pushed down the list by the more popular "unique" ones :( Just a thought...
He didn't actually do it.They explained in one of the earlier eps that he just took the blame for what the patient's…
well, that's just not true. but thanks for whining over and over again about how you don't believe people should be able to decide what to do with their own bodies and lives, because now i'm thinking i might actually watch this drama! i do love a good reverse recommendation!

But I'm just wondering what the picture of the woman with the white hair is??
