They're saying goryeo=korea. Goryeo is where the name Korea came from.

It's interesting cus I've seen a lot of similar comments on other actors' performances that I've thought were very good. "They were so wooden!" I'm really started to suspect that a lot of the people that complain about things like that are only serving to illustrate themselves as being incapable of observing nuance. Or perhaps are devoid of empathy. Or maybe just have no life experience. And the Aron person's reply really amazingly illustrates all three, as well as just generally being a disappointment to humanity.

I thought both the leads in this were awesome at a wide range. Especially good comedic timing. I really enjoyed this one.

Wow that was a heck of a read. If this is the kind of discussion that this show elicits, I have high hopes for it now. I'm gonna have to check it out. Thank you (and the other person, despite the frustration you both had) for the detailed history!

Or they could totally do a between-season-specials kinda deal. Take the footage of backstories that got canned and make an episode for each of the stories. Would also have the effect of amping folks up for season 2.

Seriously. Just give us all 20. Call it the Fiending For More Cut or whatever. I really liked the characters. Would be more than happy to get all of their backstories.

The dogpile in the last story about namsoon's ratings was gross. I've been totally digging it. I'm not under any illusion that it's for everyone by any means. There are plenty of dramas that I haven't been able to get into that other people love. I just don't understand feeling compelled to drop my turd about it on anyone's front porch of enjoyment. Variety is nice. That's what drew me to k-dramas in the first place.

I've really been digging it. Constantly cracks me up. They had a blast making it and it shows. Absolutely love it.
