The story is decent, watch it when you don't have anything to watch and you like a bit of horror. The story is hella predictable. It's simple, maybe it's a short drama. I liked the premise and the idea. But for some damn reason, why the acting is like this! I remember both of them are good actors, but what's with this stiff acting? it's just that something is off.
Jung Ryeo Won can switch to a lawyer/prosecutor career. lol. Loved her in The Witch's Court and Lee Kyu in Hi Bye Mama ( btw both series are highly recommended !).. Adding this to my watchlist!
lol, the trolling they did in first few minutes. Liked that addition.... but holly shit the makeup and everything. The ml foundation is way too much, and those eyebrows. Let's see how it goes. This is my first Hong Kong drama , so I might need time to adjust to their acting.
This scene hardly takes one chapter, as per the manhwa. For a drama, depending on how they show it, but it won't be longer than 15 minutes to one episode. Why the heck this is even needed? Her role in Love in Contract was really difficult to watch; she is getting way too skinny.
The thing is , this drama is going to be a shocker or flop for me. There is no between. I mean Song ha yoon as Jung soo min.. Really!!! That pretty sweet and nice vibe actor as bitchy that will get on your nerve role? This is quite a smart way, and i am excited to see her. So Na in Woo as Yoo Ji Hyuk is ... let's say it depends on how it plays him. I recently saw him in See You in my 19th life... I hope he is not playing a similar vibe to this one. The cast is already quite the opposite, I just hope I am not getting the ' kiss sixth sense' thing here.
Honestly, I am not a huge fan of the first part, but it was still entertaining and had lots of good stuff. The drama was true to itself and had great chemistry between mains. But for the second part, I really can't bring myself to watch. So far i watched some random reels and it look really dry. I know I am judging without watching, but the thing is .... I don't want to watch! Now they are planning for third part...
Ah i was not planning to write this. But i just completed this kdrama, i have been crying since i started. I am gonna add the spoiler tag so anyway. The moment Jang da eun realized she had depression and her whole journey, i cant tell you , i related so much. I have a similar experience, minus the nurse thing. I was diagnosed with depression. What she did, i did. How she reacted, i reacted. I didn't know i had this mental health issue, i didn't realize when it happened. I ignored, rejected, and ran away. I was, i am so ashamed to have it. Anyway, not going there, this kdrama showed what i never saw in the series. This type of depression, its real. It happens. But this drama gave me so much hope, so much of understanding, and the dialogues... they made me realize, its okay and its fine. The only way to get away from this, is to get through it. So i highly recommend you, please watch this. Even if you don't have mental health issues, it will give you so much perspective. and if you have, it will give you answers.
Okay , help me out. I didn't watch the original one, neither did this one. I honestly wanted to try Someday or another day first, i remember watching one episode, it was not going well for me at that time. So i thought i will watch this but not today. Thn i get to know about this remake, BUT I WANT TO WATCH the FIRST ONE! What i thought would be a story, by reading all stuffs so far , its not like that. I read somewhere one of the characters of FL is selfish/annoying ( is it the same for Taiwan too?) And i am confused. Give me some pointers so i prepare myself.
I agree with most of them but what's wrong with the ending of "Start Up" & ""Goblin"?
The whole scene where he met her again, i even dont remember when i think about Goblin. It was indeed one of the perfect kdrama of its time. But that ending was not needed, I liked the fact that she had to die because she was supposed to be dead. The idea was good and made sense. The end was more like they were repeating the cycle thing. I totally get why people hate that ending.
As for Start-Up, Let me take a breath... okay yeah, so first of all THE HECK WAS THAT DRAMA ABOUT? Pick your struggle dude! The fl, i don't like her character ( i don't hate her completely but she is one of the stupid ones, the same goes for the ml character). No, i never wanted her to choose the second ml. I know my man did some stuff but you keep cornering him like that. He is not someone you use and throw as you like. You know, the trope was one of those manhwas where you get isekaied and then see the supposed-to-be hero and heroine was actually the vilian, selfish and mean. This will be that one.
Dol Dol sol sol ( whatever that name is) will be the one kdrama that i will hate because of their last two episodes. Do you know why? Because this drama was PERFECT! It was just a delight to watch, the cinematography was so point along with the characters. The comedy was good , music was just top notch and it was the perfect blend of romcom. But oh my god, the ending. I literally believe they changed the writers. Its not possible to write such an ending with the same writers who wrote the whole series. You must have lost your memory, skills and talent, and on something to write those last episodes. Rest of the mentioned kdrama , i knew the ending, it was not something that surprised me. But this one... i have to recommend this like ' Please watch it , it's so good but forget the ending' Tbh, i don't even care about the ending, it was so perfect the whole time.
Where to start? First of all, I LOVE the webtoon. I've read it a few times and bought all the limited edition,…
oh boy, i agree so much !! I didn't understand the tragic story behind kang tae moo either. And i liked how Ahn Hyo Seop portrayed the role but i agree, the webtoon version was more manly instead of boyish. Also the first crush of Har ri and his gf, i guess they removed most of the subplots and added their own to make it short for 12 episodes, that make sense. But overall it was fun and i loved it.
I completed this manhwa a long time ago, but i still remember most of the story. And the kdrama version edited the hell out of it. I loved the kdrama version even though i am kinda disappointed with the ending and how they didn't show me the female version of ' Kang tae moo' lol. I waited so long to see the friend of Kang tae moo , but they remove that plot. Even the ending is different. I guess they took only 20 or 30% of the main story. But still, they stayed true to their nature and that's what i liked.
ANy spoilers? story? why pathetic ML?? what about romance?? SML?? there are bitch here??
i am not sure, but first, this is hella slow-burn romance with a bittersweet ending. Man , i do like this webtoon, it had the potential but god it was frustrating as everything progressed.
