ANy spoilers? story? why pathetic ML?? what about romance?? SML?? there are bitch here??
lol. As much i remember because i dropped this webtoon in middle, the ml is confused to the point where i just want to slap the shit out of him. And, lots of girls end up liking ML. Even Duna is manipulative and a bit of a stalker, she tries to control everything. And there is the first love of Ml who likes him but tries to hide. So she might be annoying. The romance part didn't start that well when i was reading, like a lot of girls showing their interest in ML , but he was confused with everything. Like he wants everyone, sometimes he acts like interested in others, sometimes his first love is everything. But i don't know how they will show this in series, so yeah let's see!!
i just commented on this on my insta, and now here lol. I don't think bae Suzy is the right choice for playing Duna. I used to love this webtoon but then the ML turned out really pathetic and i have to drop this in middle. But so far I know Duna is bold, straightforward, and without any filter. She doesn't shy away from saying things and her character is a bit of tease like she is very confident with her body and looks Bae Suzy doesn't carry that kind of vibe, most of her characters are innocently hot ( i hope that makes sense ). But I don't feel Duna vibes from her. She is indeed very pretty which is a plus factor as Duna is famous for her looks.
Someone commented on insta saying Han So Hee is perfect for this role. And I agree.
Oh boy, I understand your feeling!! because i did the same thing. And the preaching! every darn second. I get…
Same! I liked Run on, it was a seriously different kdrama. And like you said if life lessons and dialogue are done in the right way with context, I don't mind either. Tbh I fall in love with kdramas because of the same reason. Record of youth was just too serious about ' i am showing real life and relatable things to you'. So they end up losing the subtlety. Also, the character didn't learn anything from what they just said to the viewers. I do agree the character of Bo Gum was interesting. But his whole innocent shield was just repeated. I really liked him in reply 1988, but that's enough. I don't want him to repeat his role. Again, it's just my point of view.

lol, same. It's not like i hate preaching, i mean do it in a subtle way! Just dont rub it on my face like see i just told you something life-changing thing. If your meaning is powerful enough, it will hit me like Run on and DYLB did. Otherwise, it will become super annoying.
I completely agree about Jisoo's acting. It was good for a first time but lacking for a main role. I couldn't…
As for moving to great drama * awkward smile* i don't know what to watch next, so i am watching C-drama and random thai stuffs. And waiting for more episodes of the business proposal so i can binge-watch!!

Thanks! and i just didn't drop the drama because of jiso . More like, it was not my cup of tea and i don't want to ruin my chances to like some actors as heirs did for park shin hye. And i hope, jisoo can do better roles in the future.
Alright, i hated the first part. Okay, not exactly hated, but it was a very long drama with so many stupid things going on. I did like that the main leads took their time, but how they did it, well that was annoying. But since they didn't show me the romance between leads in first, i hope they redeem it in this one. Yup, i am gonna try this. And i hope they do change the look for the ml, his fake side burns are still giving me nightmares.
For me it was Record of Youth. I would've dropped if it was already complete when I watched, but I watched it…
Oh boy, I understand your feeling!! because i did the same thing. And the preaching! every darn second. I get it, your characters are going through problems, let me relate! instead of that, they start giving me life lessons. And the fl, yup like you said, her character was boring with no development. I would say the whole drama was monotonous for me. If i compare any other drama that played in the right way, I think Run On and Do You Like Brahms did a fantastic job.
Okay so I just know about two dramas from here - Melting me softly and King Enetrnal Monarch. And like you said even though i started watching Melting me softly because of Ji Wook, boy this drama did what Heirs did to me, by the time drama ended i had zero Lee min ho power on me. I mean, i can't just watch anything because my favorite actor is in that drama. So when melting me softly ended, i was like - nope give me some good dramas and i will watch you again. not this mess! The same happened with KEM, i do like a lot of aspects of this drama. The characters were really good but for me, there was no chemistry between leads and every time there is a romance scene, i skip as my life depends on it. And then the whole chaotic storyline ... so yeah i agree with you. I should have listened to my inner voice. Btw, amazing article!
okay.... so ... wait let me get my thoughts straight first because i don't want to offend anyone. let's start with this, I was honestly surprised with Ji Soo acting. She did pretty well even though it was her first time acting. I do understand she needs to learn and have the experience to get the right balance. And i love my favorites Jung Hae in and Yoo in na!! Now the problematic part, i don't know why i just didn't get the chemistry between two leads. It was there, but i didn't feel those emotions. And again Jisoo, i am trying to get this in my head that she is new, but boy, her acting is killing me. i do believe that she should start with something small and lighter instead of the main FL. like I said, she needs those experiences and time to learn the expression, because there are tons of time when her reactions just made me cringe. And yeah, i don't think i can watch this series anymore, so i am dropping this one.
So i started to watch this one, and after 4 episodes i am in so much of doubt. I kinda like everything but ML ... i don't know what's with him ( i read here in a comment that he is an idol ) . But his acting is just so hard to digest. And trust me, i handle very bad actors really good but this one. !!!
Can anyone recommend some similar Cdrama where the FL is the more "mature", successful or older one in the relationship.…
That sounds like my kind of drama lol. So far i really liked My rational life , My fated boy, find yourself ( i am watching this one right now), No secret ( remake , and its cute , not that great ), and Parallel love ( decent).
Well, this is awkward, i do remember watching Surplus Princess ( I dropped this drama btw). But i don't remember watching him. I am not his fan? but i like him. He is a potential actor with a handsome face. And i am excited to see him in different series and movies.
Interesting. This reminds me of a webtoon I was reading ( i don't remember the name ). In that one, fl was a cold-blooded hunter, people used to scare her and she was crazy. But something happen, and she ended up in a forest where our ml ( i think, his species was getting hunted by the fl and her team) saves her. But when she wakes up, not just she develops amnesia but she thinks the ml is her husband and they are some normal couple living in a forest where nobody else lives.
