Cable channels like TvN and JTBC usually have higher budget and better quality dramas than the free terrestrial channels like KBS SBS MBC. Sisyphus has such a high budget and you can tell in the scenes with the number and type of actors, camera shots, props used, etc. It's also got pretty cool and unpredictable plots, unlike the typical cliche KBS SBS MBC dramas, but man the horrible fight scenes and random logic fails are annoying.

Why did you start with episode 3 and not episode 1? Having been keeping up every week since episode 1, I feel more attached and understand the plot better. Personally, I don't think the plot is jumping all over the place, it's more like the mysteries are being unvealed and unexpected things are making it more exciting. Since the first two episodes kinda give us the background information, I think that everything that follows make sense. Although, the medical stuff... ehh let's just pretend our world is just as simple as their's

I can't believe it ended. I still have lingering feelings hours after watching the final episode. Doctor's son is a beast. Love how the story isn't just a bunch of repetitive side stories; there's always something new and unexpected!

If you google around you can find there was supposed to be more to the ending but they cut it from the ending. I didn't read it in detail but PakSa didn't die. He got a new identity and left the country so the guy with his back turned to us at the end was obviously PakSa.
