I believe the rating is more or less right. I watched the 1st 3 episodes of this and I dont understand what they are talking ( about the 2 girls that died and then what -sounds really complicated) , yet when i watched the 1st 3 episodes of How Dare You (8.6), I am hooked and now at Episode 10.
I might revisit this though at end of the month to give it another chance. Honestly before both starts, i thought I will like this more. Usually its just 1 over the other at the same airing dates.
When i think of this drama , i think of the song ' Don't Ask' by He Liang and the scenes. For me, Definitely its the best Chinese drama song in 2025 (and still is until now)

Last time i saw WangXingYue is Perfect Match , such a unique drama and Zhao Qing @ Immortal Ascension playing Miss Mo. Drama that has my favourite song last year ( Dont Ask by He Liang) and is still the best chinese drama song in a while ever since.
I was also bored through shine on me. I only finished it cuz i had nothing else to watch. In my opinion this one…
I agree lol. Shine on Me isnt even that good. Fanatics of actors and actresses who dont give a f about them lol. All the actors care is their money. so why cant i compare? i pay for iQ too.

I have listened to the OST though ' Special Night ' and i feel its already way better than all the SOM songs i heard. ( I wonder how good the song will be though if its played at 1.25x speed)

The last drama i binge watched is Silent Tides (because the politics is really exciting). This is exciting in another way, more romance it seems.
Its funny, easy to understand.
