As a die hard fan of clairebell I don't think it's a perfect show for first timers because now I can't watch any…
I feel the same. I finished it today and as much as I enjoyed other GLs, Clairebell blew me away with how perfect it is. Its peak cinema. I literally find nothing to criticise in it. It raised my standards at sky high level.
Is there life after Clairebell? It's GL perfection. I have watched so many GLs till now and this series raised my standards sky-high. The cinematography, the actors, The music, the writing. I couldn't find something I disliked in it. I don't know what to do.
Finished the series yesterday. It was my first GL series -I am more of a yuri manga enjoyer- and I really enjoyed it. There was so much chemistry between the leads as well as between the two managers. The story was light, entertaining, queer and fun as I expected it to be from the pictures here. One of the lead's family drama in the three last episodes appeared a bit out of nowhere, but it didn't make me like less the series (hence my rating of 9/10). The actors were amazing and fun to watch. The writing is quite strong at the first 10 episodes. There is foreshadowing for certain turns in the story and depth to the leads, which added to my enjoyment of the story. The visuals, as well as the clothing of the characters, are superb and colourful. I might rewatch it at some point, which is rare for me.
Absolutely wonderful movie 🥲. First Thai movie I watched and I am really impressed. It made me cry a lot. The actors were amazing, especially the one who played the grandma.
