ehh?!?!?!!!
it is i, the niel.
the music was fantastic. it was so weird and didn't really fit in any scene. i don't care what anyone says, it was perfect. the story? nonexistent. the characters? barely any dialogue. there was no build-up to anything, but an attempt was made. this sort of storyline would've clearly worked better if it wasn't in a miniseries that literally had 30 minutes of total runtime.
in most stories, you get exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and then a resolution or conclusion. this show practically had none of that. somehow, still more compelling than 2gether (see my review). there's nothing i can even say about this show because there's not really a story, but it's a perfect late-night watch when you're borderline delirious and can consume any media. will be rewatching this again.
i don't know. 10/10. deserves a 1, but it's perfect.
chef's kiss!
best,
the niel.
