I mean it’s on Netflix so I randomly played but the first episode got me curious and the next and I ended up rooting for Akira. He’s eccentric but so pure. And watching the last few episode, the legal action the parent had to take and Hijiri moving to another country to start over and the ending in that sunset. Them. Adult Akira. I’m crying.
Someone pointed I’m not able to communicate myself comprehensively. Perhaps because English is not my first language. Or I just lack vocabulary to express myself. But who cares. I’m writing a comment because this drama left a big impression to me. It made me feel. It made me shed tears. It’s a good watch. Not just the happy lovey feels. But the actuality of what happens when romantic relationship with a minor is pursued. That last episode is just right. The rush is good.
and yabana's acting may be a little stiff. as a fan, of course i'm bias. because from now on, he'll improve more and more. besides, he's a musician. acting gigs may bring fans to check on him and his group, 7men samurai, and hopefully see the real him in their youtube uploads. yabana rei is a gem!!
but i guess i understand why bl fans would say it's boring. i don't agree though. i guess most bl fans are spoiled by non-japanese drama. as a jdrama fan, i'm kind of used to slow pace. there is beauty in it too. everyone's always in a hurry and needs the doki doki rush all the time. fckin calm down
i'm watching because i love yabana rei. he's an amazing musician. and he's so damn gorgeous. and lanky. yeah i've read the comments but i won't be discouraged because yabana is finally acting
bro. rihito and kyohei are actually good friends. why’d you have to bluntly say rihito should have the played chigara? he’s not as tall as chigara in the manga. maaa you’re quite good with giving reviews. and you did say you feel sorry for saying kyohei is a terrible actor. rihito acts for a living. kyohei is mainly an idol. I should stop. I’m not helping kyohei with what I’m saying. but I’m just gonna say it anyway. I started reading the manga after the news that kyohei is casted. he’s my only chigara-kun. end of rant
It’s just entertainment. Fiction. Of course it’s a little crazy. But I don’t feel like it’s a waste of time. I don’t think I’d rewatch it though. I’m glad I watched it. I’m glad Nishikido Ryo is on it
Well I obviously watched it because of Ryo. And it’s on Netflix. Why would I decline a chance to watch Japanese drama legally? We can’t expect everyone to appreciate this. Especially in countries where divorce is not yet legal
Jin is casted as Miura Kento. The only character not in the movie. Because he was introduced in anime s2 right? Been telling myself not to compare. But I’ve watched Haruma’s version too many times. At first I was like— why?! But since Shohei is casted as Arai. And I really like Ouji from Silent. The new Sawaku looks adorable too. And it’s on Netflix!! So so gonna watch this
I watched it with my boyfriend. I read the novel January. My boyfriend hasn’t finished reading yet. So I was looking forward to his reactions. He was definitely crying. I was too. But I knew what’s gonna happen, he didn’t. It’s a beautiful movie. It’s a really good representation of the original work. Everyone should watch this
