Compared to novel, yes.. This seems to be a filler plot to drag it out to 19 episodes as the book is short. Much better would have been to reduce 1-2 episodes and sticking to main plot without deviation. They didnt focus much on the murder, it was something in past in the novel. Instead they could have detailed out how the characters changed once the truth of her past was out, reactions and interactions once he confessed.. I am still hoping they do justice and also feature the epilogue section much more in detail.

The novel was good and as it all about the main couple.. hey why are these writers doing this to us?

Yeah the mom was not an antagonist in the novel too.. she feels apologetic when she knows about her parents.

Agree with you. The kidnapping scene is needed so both bring forth their feelings . It's not easy to talk about his feelings as he knows his mother may not even accept that. He hated her for so many years and blamed her. He thought her childish for being so possessive. But now he feels the same and it's frustrating that he sees that she no longer cares about him.

Yes they didnt show it much when its implications are obvious. Paeng recovered and changed not only bcs of theraphy but she met ppl who supported her in her new life abroad but Arthit spiralled down. He likely reduced interactions with his father bcs he was heartbroken that his father didnt believe in his innocence. So he was left with all toxic ppl surrounding him who never let him heal truly.

Yes in the novel, the romance fastracked after he came to know about the cause and nature of her parents death. I hope they show us some wooing though. Yeah the other couple will also get screentime :(

A whitewash bcs of this incident is not enough. He must show her he has changed. Bcs she doesnt trust him. Half the time she was scared of him and that people are only judging her based on that past incident. So he has to make her come back into that comfort zone again.

Klueen Chivit was my first east asian drama and also ofcourse first thai drama. Most ppl start with korean but thai dramas are so addictive.. Thai lakorns are hardly boring but some of them had to drop bcs of the toxicity in them. Mark is fav thai actor . I really like Push in Ugly duckling, his other shows not so much, pretty mean characters.

Yes most likely mothers death .. In novel, there is a direct indication of how the mother was killed.

Feeling really bad for the FL.. i mean people are so openly mean to her except her own helper and Arthit's Father.. Ling and company dont do much to reason with their friend. Arthit cares for her but instead of having better conduct he bullies her.. He should have reacted more strongly against Nang bullying her.. but no he hardly said anything to her.
