Naa naa, I had doubt regarding the length of blood from mouth and first, but if you observe really close you would notice that, her tears somehow reached her mouth, that's why it kinda flowed the blood with it when tears fell down her face. It's just they probably thought since it happened naturally, it's plausible and there's no need to change it. And if it really became short again( cause I didn't notice it becoming shorter and was too busy in XW's hug), then I am guessing, the shorter size blood shot was taken first, and the longer size one was taken with some NGs.
