I found rooting for a specific team hard because they were all so randomized. I think the province type of teams they had last season was better because if you didn't know who to root for you could always root for your favorite province. Also, the teams this season feel too large. But only 3 episodes are out at the moment, so maybe it will get better, what do I know?
