I think everything was pre planned by Jo Jae Yun family cause it was said that his family had 4 generation of queen not in sequence i think ....so to get into the power he tried to take the queen which might be dearest to the king ...so that he might be left into the loneliness mentality +...it was obvious that the crown prince was a dim child from the strt ..to take control of him .....the king which is heartbroken need to be removed ..so he did that. And became an ally of the poor CP ..who is timid and made him to marry his daughter...i think the reason yi an oppose his brother marriage cause he knew what her family did .......he didnt oppose cause he loved that queen but he knew the scheme of jo jae (icant remember his name in the drama)...and i think he might has hands for the fire too...its just she doesn't knew her father was going to do such thing ..her feared eyes said everything
