Chae Kyung was a bit ambiguous when she talked about relying on others. Even when I rewatch I'm still not sure who she means is relying on someone else. But it's definitely clear that she suspects Do Han has feelings for Yoon Seo.
And as for whether or not that's true... I have no idea. They both seem to look longingly at that photo of them together... xD Maybe it's just me trying to imagine romance where there is none.

This one was definitely heartbreaking and adorable. When I watch, all I can think about is how I just want Shi On to win Do Han over. Doctors can have feelings too! I'm sure it'll happen eventually.

Moon/Sun was heartbreaking no matter which couples you wanted to get together. Main couple. Secondary lead. Bromance. Just all around heartbreaking.
