first time seeing this video. glad i'm not the only one who sees that dilraba has an androgynous face -- which most women do, it's no problem at all. if she had embraced the role a little bit more she could have aced in the appearance department. it's a shame that actresses are encouraged to look hot all the time.

Her stiff acting kind of worked at the very beginning of the drama but who likes to watch someone make the same face for 30+ episodes? My tinfoil hat theory is that she had to repress her expressions so much while she was an idol that now she doesn't know how to let it go lol

And Xu Kai is a dream came true! He is a gorgeous, gorgeous man and I like his acting

Agree and also, it's insulting to him too. He is an actor who chooses his own scripts. Who is to say that he should only work in formulaic dramas with actresses that all have the same faces? Maybe he wants to broaden his horizons. Instead of cheering for him these "fans" are trying to create a bad atmosphere within the cast making the drama look bad to the general public

what are you talking about? I'm a fan of li hongyi too and this drama looks more promising than half his past dramas put together. besides acting a villain who was the main lead in Love Better than Immortality what other job has he done that was uncommon? at least this drama sounds unique.

I dropped at ep 30. I didn't watch the original korean version so I have no point of comparison. I also didn't know any of the actors so I'm not biased when I say this: the male lead is the weakest part of the drama. I watched on Viki and there were so many praises from obvious fangirls so I'm worried I'll be flamed but it's the painful truth. The character is one of those fair and uppity sort that never faces much trouble and this kind of role demands very talented actors. The one they casted is just too green and doesnt has the range so the character turned out immensely flat. The FL would make an interesting couple with almost any male student instead of the male lead. I myself dropped because I couldn't bear her choosing the male lead instead of Lei. At least I discovered a new crush actor: Richard Wang. What an amazing cheekbone structure! lol

I stopped watching "In a class of her own" because I couldn't bear the FL dating the other guy instead of him haha

I can't believe I watched all the 73 episodes and liked every one of them! There are great and good episodes, but never a bad one. I'm a very picky watcher and never in my life I watched a drama with 70+ eps. I'm shocked to say this was better than NIF for me!

I loved everything until ep 20, but I chose to drop it at ep 30th. I simply didn't sign up for a tragedy.
