Yul is a complex character and currently he experiences multiple emotions. There is not just one reason for his actions. There are multiple reasons. Both theory could be true. Eventually Yul decides to act based on one of them. But not now. The time he would choose to reveal Naksu's identity would that time ... also it is eventually up to writer too

I think their education methods is even above 🗾 Japan. But I agree about the pressure. It is about getting to the university ... not the way they teach. So hopefully there is solution for it without disturbing thier education during highschool. I mean, Korean society always move forward. Maybe they silve this , or almost solve it, in the future
