One plot line that the novel helped me piercieve better was HanLinQui's . Because with the TV series I never truly…
I liked somethings though. For example they kept MangWan , Xia Qingshen and others throughout the series. Or the way they developed the main characters connections (especially in the void because with the novel it was too short and could be used better) and the addition of SM's childhood house 🏠 in the void and the mortal realm. Also JungAr and BiSangXin and YanKe were more explained in the series.
I'm late to the party because I've been trying to keep up with all my ongoing webtoons, but I'm now on episode…
I also like YanKe's character. The portrayal was at firs grey the. as more depth was added to his character, he became the real villan. Also technically he was the villan from the first moment he started to manipulate the mortal realm. But they didn't show us which was a good choice. The character was more developed in the series and better than the novel in my opinion
Will he (Duan Xu) ever be able to take the form of a human-like form/spirit like SiMu’s brother..? Does that…
Yes, it was stated in the first episode that jelly fish gather more energy and with time, turn get bach their human appearance. ChenYing came back pretty soon because the lantern gave the required energy to him .Happy Happy, everybody happy
He Si Mu should have gotten rid of Yan Ke a long time ago. Everyone, including her, has been aware of his feelings…
As far as I remember his obsession with SeMu was not part of his obsession to come back as a ghost. But with time, his feelings changed to an obsession. I don't know the episode but he said so. I think part of the reason SeMu did not obliterate him was that he did not commit an actual known violence of ghost laws with death punishment. But as soon as they had the evidence, things changed
I’m a fan of Dilraba and I’ve watched all of her dramas. When this drama was officially announced, I read…
One plot line that the novel helped me piercieve better was HanLinQui's . Because with the TV series I never truly realized why DX saved him or hoe much he changed after forgetting the past, hating bloodshed and unnecessary fights. Which somehow helped me realize how much he must have struggled after remembering his past self which was devoted to the Azure God and did everything for it. The prophecy alse added depth to the story abou DX which was absent in the TV series.

I was curious about how they developed a novel to make a movie so I read the novel after watching the TV series. The version of the novel I read did not have many pages about SeMu's fight in the jungle. It just jumped from the point she gave the lantern to ChenYing to the point where DuanXu found her in the jungle. I wonder 🤔 if it was not still translated or is it actually like this in the Chinese version? (I think it is ok because the important part was SeMu won the fight after regaining he r powers)
My only complain is the small jumps in the scenes. Not very big things but I detected small changes in point of view and character's placements and gestures, and occasionally it seemes afew seconds was cut. Perhaps the limitations with the length of each episode caused this.
Robin wasn't hurt when he was attacked by the boy from the lab (PalHo)? Somehow the area around Robin wasn't affected
Oh I ment after that. PalHo raised his hands with palms faced to each other horizontally. Then moved the palmes towards each other as if he wanted to crush what is in between, which is in fact Robin but in a distance. I meant this

Honestly, the scene was too serious to me. But considering the whole theme and the fact that Robin added some kind of lightness, your interpretation is better
