Depends on what you are searching for. If you want a light weight drama which builds up and then surprises you but is not very heavy , you can try this. There are actually hints here and there which come together at episode 10. It gives you an AH HA moment.

It was said that MiGyeng and KiSe's relationship was an open secret. But between the employees not at the higher levels. I assume KiSe's family wanted to get rid of his girlfriend to make his engagement and marriage secure so they kicked the pour girl out by asking BaekHo. Then our story happens and he is transferred to the lab only to see the world from the perspective of people whom he actually affects. He runs here and there with them, helps preserve their crops, mend their greenhouses in the middle of the night under the rain, fights to win their cooking match and all ... I think it was clever how they wrote this new perspective of his
