Depends on what you are searching for. If you want a light weight drama which builds up and then surprises you but is not very heavy , you can try this. There are actually hints here and there which come together at episode 10. It gives you an AH HA moment.

It was said that MiGyeng and KiSe's relationship was an open secret. But between the employees not at the higher levels. I assume KiSe's family wanted to get rid of his girlfriend to make his engagement and marriage secure so they kicked the pour girl out by asking BaekHo. The thing is BaekHo is so indebted to them that did not questioned the request. Infact from the start he was introduced as the jerk without friend and emotions who does everything for the company. It is actually in accordance to his character from the start. We saw during the first episodes how he handled the fired employee who attacked him without thinking from the fired man's perspective. He even had a fught with elders of the village. I thought it was unfair but looking closer I realized how he tried to remain unaffected from other people.
Then our story happens and he is transferred to the lab only to see the world from the perspective of people whom he actually affects. He runs here and there with them, helps preserve their crops, mend their greenhouses in the middle of the night under the rain, fights to win their cooking match and all ... I think it was clever how they wrote this new perspective of his

Still enjoy this after soooo looong. Watching it for the second time made realize how much trouble and sad moments they went through. Bitter sweet is the taste if this drama
