Wasted potential
Typhoon Family started with a heartwarming opening arc and interesting characters, but it didn’t last long.
Each ep introduces a poorly developed problem that’s conveniently solved in the same or the next episode. Felt like watching Scooby-Doo. Promising storylines like Mr. Pak and Kang Tae-poong’s passion for flowers (and its commercial potential) are completely abandoned to add momentary conflicts. They just sell random stuff and hope for the best.
Good acting overshadowed by bad writing.
