Episode 2 was taking on pace. Jodi Garcia may not be the best director in the world, but he is obviously able to make his actors perform at their best possible level. Enzo was terrible in "Why Love Why2", Kaleb wasn't acting at all in "Love is", and Gio is always completely OTT in Oxin productions, but they are all brilliant in "Meet my Angel", and so are Miggy and Rex I don't even mind that eng subs are again missing after 5 minutes into the episode - it's understandable what's going on even without them. Sound quality is better than in ep 1, so there is hope that the technical quality in general will be improving in future episodes.
This series is a gathering of incredible acting talents. Cinematography is beautiful, too. The story of the basketball team is a little improbable, though - feels a little like a bashetball version of "Cool Runnings". - By the way, is it only me, or does Porsche really look like Aun's brother (Folk in "My Gear and your Gown)?
The Valen-Khaitoon story is nicely scripted, and I like the acting in general, and Gun and Pak's in particular. I'm thinking about founding a solidarity committee for Non, maybe send him a bunch of red roses or something.
I had a bad premonition when I read that "Rainbow Prince" was made by the same people as "My Day", and that even that ugly dog would be in it again. It isn't as bad as I feared - there are some really beautiful pictures, and the leads are eye candy. But the plot has a lot of flaws, e.g. the "Black Widow - Mr Wang" subplot, and the acting looks wooden sometimes. I hope it will improve in the 8 episodes to come.
Thanks to cast and crew for this beautiful series, for making millions of people around the world happy. I don't remember a series that got 37,000 comments here, the overwhelming majority of them being positive.
So Rocky is on the losing side again? Judah is annoyingly selfish.- I like the "love triangle". I've always liked Karl Zarate, tbh his singing more than his acting, but he's doing fine here, as is Karissa. But Gian Bernardino is the star of the show for me, not only because he's real eye candy, but his acting is also very refreshing. That said, Quaranthings 2 doesn't reach the quality of its prequel.
I am so bored by the Phap-Maze storyline, it's been going "on step forward - two steps backward" for weeks now. Maze simply doens't deserve a good guy like Phap, and Phap deserves someone who doesn't reject him all the time. They just don't match. I'm only still watching this for Yacht/Yoon.
This is really awful to watch. Almost everyone in a bad mood all the time, no development at all, the plot - if one can call it that - is going in circles, and the acting is worse than in previous Ranz Gonzales series. The only one acting naturally is LJ.
This series is really well scripted. Lots of things to speculate, red herrings all over the place. Acting and cinematography are also good. I wonder how long White can hide his true identity. People are getting more and more suspicious about him, especially Gram when he ate something Black wouldn't probably have eaten (just guessing).
I didn't want to watch a college series again, and I didn't want to watch a basketball series again, and here I am, watching a college basketball series again. I really like it, cast, acting and cinematography are well above average.
