This is really awful to watch. Almost everyone in a bad mood all the time, no development at all, the plot - if one can call it that - is going in circles, and the acting is worse than in previous Ranz Gonzales series. The only one acting naturally is LJ.
This series is really well scripted. Lots of things to speculate, red herrings all over the place. Acting and cinematography are also good. I wonder how long White can hide his true identity. People are getting more and more suspicious about him, especially Gram when he ate something Black wouldn't probably have eaten (just guessing).
I didn't want to watch a college series again, and I didn't want to watch a basketball series again, and here I am, watching a college basketball series again. I really like it, cast, acting and cinematography are well above average.
Season 2 is out now. Meet my Angel was and still is one of my favourite BL-series, due to Enzo, Gio and most of all Kaleb's brilliant acting. Episode 1 of season 2 is a promise that they will deliver once again. Production quality seems to have improved, despite minor sound flaws.
The first episodes were hard to watch, but episodes 5 and 6 were much better than the previous ones, although I still don't understand why Rocky is so reluctant to accept his sexuality. Some scenes still feel like mere fillers, but finally the plot is taking on some pace. Royce's acting is as good as we know it from him, but Gian Bernardino is turning out to be a decent actor as well. He's a natural for sure.
So finally all episodes have been subbed. Technically, this series was very weak, especially the sound. The script had some flaws, too. But I still liked it. I like Axl Romeo and RR Roque, so it was nice to see Shakespeare and Inton together again.
Don't shoot me for saying this, but to me it has an ITSAY vibe that I really like. I already get the sense that…
I agree that it was a promising start, and it does have that ITSAY vibe and cinematography. I'm a little skeptical about the "multiple couples" though.
