The story is moving so well. Nothing draggy or cliche. The main leads are doing great. Also, Mr Noh and Ms Kim are my favorites from the supporting cast.

This type of approach to Shamanism reminded me slightly of Bonnie Bennett from the Vampire Diaries. She was reluctant at first to embrace her power and responsibilities, but later she accepted it for the greater good. Although, this one is not darker as that one.

The FL is the gem of this drama. Peng Xiao Ran is playing her character so well. I was surprised how she is different from other actresses of her generation. I hope she receives the fame she deserves. Intially, I was annoyed with the ML. I am not sure it's the character or the acting. However, he has become more mature after few episodes. Overall, I am currently enjoying this drama (and waiting for YouKu to upload more subbed episodes). 😄
The 6th episode is packed with so many emotions. The scene of Ha Ram & Cheong-gi at the lake was so beautiful & bittersweet. I will accept only a happy ending for this couple.

Her only other work is 'Be Melodramatic' which is of a different genre. I have not watched it but it has a decent rating on MDL. The writer of the novel, Jung Eun Gwol is monitoring the drama adaption. So I hope there won't be any mess up.
I don't know why the production house did it but it wasn't nice. I hope it is not same for the second season.
I never saw a main character speaking Vietnamese in a kdrama. Her conversation with the maid was hilarious.
