Love the first season so much!!! Hope it's going to be another heartwarming journey :)

After watching Death Note New Generation, I had huge expectation since the main characters seem interesting. Then, the movie just.... disappointing. These interesting characters didn't have enough development. The battle of wits and the twist were a let down. Even so, it certainly has great casts, the camera shots were awesome, and the CGI was stunning :)

Philip and Shoutaro are killing me in the last two episodes T_T
I've never thought I will like this show. I've put it on hold in episode 5 since it's too cheesy for my taste (and Akiko is annoying as hell, but she'll get better in the end). In the end, these two amazing kamen rider, wins my heart. They're just perfect with each other. Complete one another. Truly one of my favorite bromance :)

I'm with you. The flow of the story is too slow I almost fell asleep especially in episode 6 but like you said, the cinematography is gorgeous. The casts are amazing as well :)

Yeah, I also heard there'll be little chance to have the same cast like in the prequel. Well, at least the team production is the same, right? :)

It's here!!!! Please at least allow Wang Kai (Prince Jing), Jin Dong (Lin Chen), Chen Long (General Meng Zhi), and Wu Leo (Fei Liu) to join in this sequel. I hope it'll be as badass as the prequel :)

OH MY GOD!! Thank you for writing this articel. You have no idea how happy I am to know so many interesting upcoming chinese drama. All of them seem great based on the synopsis but my top priority will be Tribes and Empires: Storm of Prophecy, Nirvana in Fire 2, and of course Ode to Joy 2. I'm so excited for those three ^_^

Such a great article Ana. If Wang Kai could see it himself, I'm sure he would be proud. He's an amazing actor. Especially as Prince Jing. And I agree with all you've said about Nirvana (my heart kept throbbing with memories of their unbreakable bond) and All Quiet in Peking keeps giving me headache but I can't stop watching it :)

I haven't watched Three Kingdoms but I've watched Legend of Concubine Zhen Huan until episode 15. It's definitely heavy with all these battle between the concubines trying to win the king's affection. It's pretty good so far and I think the tension will keep increasing. You should give it a try. It's almost similiar with Nirvana in Fire :)

After episode 20, the plots got thicken as it showed more progress of how the tragedy of Cliff Mei took place, who's the mastermind, and with a new determination of Prince Jing to reinvestigate the case, and of course the battle for the throne. I think you should give it another try, palak. From the first episode until 20, it only showed how Mei Changsu's strategy went well to take down both supporter of Prince Yu and Crown Prince Xian. After that, Mei Changsu and Prince Jing will face many obstacles :)

It's worth it but it depends on your taste too. If you like epic historical drama, I really recommend Nirvana in Fire. But, you need to have a lot of patience at the beginning. Maybe, you'll suffer some confusion because there are so many characters and some flashbacks. When you've got your pace, maybe you'll enjoy it like me :)

Oh yes. I highly recommend this one. Until now, I still can't help myself but to rewatch it all over again. For me, Nirvana in Fire is the best drama. EVER!!!
