One of the best dramas 2019 I've seen yet, well balanced comedy/crime/action drama which is delivered by great script and outstanding acting by main and supporting roles all the same. Last I seen of KNG's drama which I really enjoyed also was Live Up to Your Name. Truly versatile actor who can really pull all sorts of expressions according to the mood, the last ep made me emotional... Props to Ssongsag the thai guy, he is always hillarious in almost every scene, will be keeping an eye out for his works. Sure it was pretty slow in the beginning, but starts getting good after about 30% of the way, and by the second half you'd be praising yourself for having perseverance, totally worth it! Ty Park Jae Bum for delivering yet another marvellously enjoyable drama after Chief Kim! <3
Quite enjoyable drama, chemistry wasn't as great as SHJ's previous work "Another Oh Hae Young" but her acting is still great nonetheless. I was more invested in Supporting characters' chemistry Eunho x Sara, they so cute! Friendship aspect between the 4 was great (3 friends + KingKang special mention) Bromance DoJae x JooHwan really enjoyable to watch, their witty comments... Memorable OSTs, decent plot, great important message especially in this era about "beauty inside". Lastly Lee Min Ki, what can I say to this flat actor.. except "Mo... Na... Nom..."
cute, silly but enjoyable nonetheless. From the Bromance.. to the annoyingly loud joon-joon and their nose-nose.. watch without expectation, it is a light hearted drama (more commercial than plot).
Enjoyable drama with dark suspenseful recurring theme, the whole show is Misty indeed. Didn't expect the ending to turn out that way... At least Manager Jung was a delightful comedic relief.
Really great drama all around. Being a parent, brought me to tears a lot of times since I can emphatize with the whole situation.. emotional rollercoaster. There was also a couple funny scenes and it was well made, cracked me up too. Storyline's solid, alot of meaningful aspects to gain. I did think the romance was unnecessarily forced between SooJin and Doctor, also last few episodes were kinda draggy and too long, they were the only cons for me. I can feel that child actress will go big, her stare/gaze oh so deep, daebak!
Can I say this without making people angry? This drama started out excellent and the characters are great (Jun…
Wanted to make my own comment on this as I just literally finished it, but thanks to your spot on comment on how I feel I didn't need to. Another one which had great strong potential at the start only to burn off half way thru and I find myself getting annoyed at the endless self-pity/self-guilty elements episodes after episodes. Kinda disappointed, since I loved the main leads' acting. As a rookie, i find WJA can even act better than "veterans" such as Suzy or Yoona. Jun Ho should do more bromance dramas as he did that role extremely well in Chief Kim.
The bromance between Ma Wang and Oh Gong is pretty good (not as good as Chief Kim), the only things that made me stuck with it to the end is Ma Wang's character acting together with Secretary Ma. LSG as Oh Gong is good but paired with the lazy writing where most things don't got a proper conclusion, it kinda overshadowed the good bits the drama had to offer for me. I been a fan of OYS since 'Please come back, Mister' where she truly shines there, but here, not so much unfortunately, I feel most of her acting was kinda flat perhaps due to writing. Such a pity, was hoping to get more of her great acting.
One good thing I can echo and agree on is the OST, they're pretty dope. *goes to Spotify*

Eulachacha Waikiki (Light, Hillarious AF, guaranteed jaw pain from laughing) https://kisskh.at/26644-eulachacha-waikiki
just a suggestion :)
if you rated TBI 10/10, then you'd rate Waikiki 100/10
