they are very obviously not just friends especially as pointed out by the other people in the group. even if they dont have a physical relationship, non is very much in love with san even though he is with his sister and san is sorta confused in my opinion about what he feels. like even when max walked in on them hugging they very suspiciously quickly moved away from eachother. he also gives non wayyy more attention than he does to his actual gf which tells me its most likely the script writers way of telling us outwardly san has a crush on non but is only realizing it too late. if u still dont think its cheating then idk lol but I wouldn't be getting that close w someone who's "just a friend" if I have a gf

I don't think there's any blood ties they're just simply other princes from other clans who compete for the thrown. if they were blood related I think it would be a mess. I could be wrong though but on the family tree they have their own bloodlines and they're not connected to the king
