Maybe it's just not your cup of tea? I'm a young adult and I really took a liking to this drama. Some of the characters were a tad bit insufferable along with their actions but of course they're going to act irrational and annoying since they are young haha. But the overall plot interested me and the acting emotionally moved me.

It's hard to find a drama just like this one but here are some dramas I watched with similar vibes: Go Ahead, Hidden Love, Lighter & Princess, Don't Disturb My Study, Our Secret, When We Were Young, A Little Thing Called First Love, A Love So Beautiful, Exclusive Fairytale, Lovely Us, The Oath of Love, and Back to Seventeen.

Yes, unfortunately this happens in a majority of c-dramas. However, I did like how they made the female lead appear as intelligent, reliable, and strong-willed. A lot of c-dramas portray females as stupid and incompetent.. so this new aspect was indeed refreshing from the usual and deviated from the "norms" placed on girls.

If you're looking for a comedy, slow-burning romance, and youthful drama all in one, this is the one! The characters are enjoyable and the story-line progresses each episode. The soundtrack and cinematography is "aesthetic" and visionary. I highly recommend it :)

Agreed. Hidden Love was a really good drama but I felt like the transition from a childhood admirer (Sang Zhi) to a more mature role and lover felt awkward and rushed. It didn't fully feel like Sang Zhi had grown up so when the main cast relationship advanced to something more romantic, it felt wrong.

Whattt it baffles me how Hidden Love is on this list. I personally thought it had an original plot and the actors were really good. I do think the transition from an "older brother figure" to lover felt awkward and sudden, but other than that I really enjoyed it!

Yes! Although there is no romance between the main leads in the first few episodes, i believe there will be later on. You can especially see the chemistry pick up between them in episode 4.

I would say it's worth watching. The k-drama incorporates a slow burning romance plot while still portraying the reality of sports.
