This was such a good drama; I don't know why it has such a low rating for a Korean drama. There were no unnecessary cliche moments, no episode 15/16 breakup, and miraculously meeting up at the last 10 minutes. This is the only romance melodrama that I have ever liked. This will also tug on your heartstrings and make you feel single so much, lol.

Baek Gang Hyeok is a real person btw lol, his real name is LEE GUK JONG, and he is as crazy as the character portrayed in the drama. Jumping out of hospitals, working till exhaustion, going to the scene of tragedy continuously, working till he literally burst a capillary in his eye and almost is blind. He has retired now though.

This is so peak lol. I just love it, Ju Ji Hoon is just *muah*. Medical accuracy is very questionable, but its too good to question that. The character Han Yu Rim's character growth was so good.
