I don't think so, because why would jiu ying create a woman who looked like DI ZHU, for JI LING. That doesn't make sense, I think as ji ling/chi wen said jiu ying created lu wuyi to get access to all of the emotions and memories of the formless moon members and also I think jiu ying likes di zhu so jiu ying created lu wuyi and made her look like Di Zhu.
Or there might just be some weird condition for jiu ying who needs a woman who looks like Di Zhu(?)
