This is far superior to be called a rom-com or to be compared to other silly romantic comedies.
I am now completely convinced that men are better than women at writing romance and comedy stories. I'll definitely watch the rest of Kosawa Ryota works especially that Legal High is already one of my favorites and now this. I'm looking forward to watch the special!
I find his acting, his looks and even his way of talking and smiling similar to Sakai Masato's. I think if he keep making the right choices he will be the future Sakai Masato. I even think they should give him a role in Hanzawa Naoki if they decided to make season 2, he would fit very well in it.
Your first review is for a Kdrama? ):
the original taiwanese version is 13 episodes long and have a better rating, you should not trust korean remakes of other countries.
Btw, I read the synopsis of this drama weeks ago and it kind of seemed similar to When Harry met Sally.
Watched ep06 raw. I was really hoping that they would change the amnesia plot line and come up with something…
Yes, they should have focused on Mikami and spared us the awful acting of the extras. I guess they are trying to bring Near in through this arc. But I think it's nice they brought Mikami in this unlike the live action movie where they focused way too much on the female characters.
Watched ep06 raw. I was really hoping that they would change the amnesia plot line and come up with something else.
I actually was hoping they would change a lot of Lights actions but they seem to only change his reactions and feelings through out the story.
Sometani Shota did a good job and the role of an alien suits Higashide, He should stick to that kind of roles. I didn't watch the anime nor read the manga and I think this is a good movie.
Hard Boiled holds a special place in my memories since I watched it years ago with my brothers. Honestly, Chow Yun Fat is my first asian actor crush he's amazing and I would diffidently recommend watching The Killer too. The Man From Nowhere I have not watched yet, The rest of it are good movies with really incredible action scenes.
I feel like it's been a long time since I encountered a drama with such intensity. Well, first two episodes reminded me a lot of Byakuyako. It had characters with dark past, secrets and a stubborn police man. except Byakuyako was more melancholic were the characters were much more darker but I think N no tame ni was much more suspenseful and I liked that about it. And that Silly song is stuck in my head now...
Strangely I liked this dorama. Kamiki's character was a breath of fresh air. I especially liked him when he start ranting about how Baka she is, it's like he speaks what the viewer thinks.
The ending made this drama worth watching. I was getting fed up with some of the unrealistic aspects this drama had but they got me at the end and I felt really sad about the characters.
It wasn't as sad as I expected it to be. Yamada Takayuki and Sawajiri Erika in the first five episodes looked uncomfortable with their roles, I thought they were feeling awkward around each other but they were cute and good to look at them :D
I don't really like Fujiwara Tatsuya, the couple of things I watched him in weren't impressive
and i don't even dare to watch Death Note live action... But, in this drama, for me, it's all about Akagi. I really really liked his character very smart and cute at the same... the drama from episode 5 onward got addictive and I hope to see the movie soon and I wish for a second season!
A really heartwarming drama. After 3 episodes I started to get attached to the characters, I cried and laughed with them and got engulfed with their sweet simple life even though sad things happen to them sometimes. I really liked the young cast especially the pairing of Ichihara Hayato with Sawajiri Erika and Ayase Haruka with Oguri Shun. Kamiki was really talented, I liked his narration in the drama.
I like reading your articles and I was especially looking forward to see an article about upcoming J-Drama for Winter season from you. I hope you'll come back at least to JDrama.
I cried throughout the whole last episode... I kept telling myself it's fiction but I really really liked Natsuo's character... sigh, old jdramas with its sweet male characters....
