My Dearest is one of the best dramas I've ever watched, although I wish they would have added an additional episode :')
I have been watching Ahn Eun-jin since 2012, she is one of my favorite actresses. As for Namkoong Min, I knew his name was well-respected in the industry but I never had time to play one of his dramas, and left them in the dark. I was even going to skip My Dearest because South Korean historical productions aren't usually my cup of tea, but I'm glad I didn't. What I would have missed, my goodness. Gil Chae has become one of the characters I admire the most. I love her complexity. I hope they keep writing female characters like this.
I'm currently watching Namkoong Min in The Veil, and I'm having a hard time believing it's the same person who played Jang Hyun. LOL. So I don't understand those who comment that his work in My Dearest could have been played by other actors because his age or visuals aren't aproppiate. Well, they only failed to mention Song Kang :P
