I never though I would like so much this drama, while watching the firsts episodes I wasn't sure but without realizing it I became hooked up especially with the main leads, their relationship is one of the most cute and beautiful I have ever seen in a drama because it didn't feel like i was watching a show but it was like watching a real life relationship and not to mention THAT moment in the lab while they were crying, I cried with them and was shocked with their acting (Everytime I remember this drama I will remember this scene). I like we see different types of relationships here because they are relatable in our lifes, it could be ours or our friends. Also I need to mention Liu Qi because even if I loved the main couple I fell really hard for him (I'm pretty sure if i came across with a guy like him I would have a BIG crush on him). The acting was amazing, the film director did an amazing job (the special efects, the colors, the angles etcetc), I loved the music and the writing was a bit decent. I give this drama 9/10, I could have given it all the points but that ending was terrible and not to mention I can't sadly find the specials episodes. As for the last thing I have to say, I found the lead male very very very handsome ugh I love that he was soft and mature. For some reason I don't tend to get into male actors while watching dramas but in this drama I kept staring at the male actors' faces so I found that really curious.
Im sending a SOS message to the world because I can't get into any c-drama after watching this :( they are all too cheesy and fake for me to swallow. After rewatching it again I want to make some comments 1. I think we all agree with BaiLi deserving all the happiness and love in this world 2. Watching it for the second time I realized that the director has a thing for aesthetic background, architecture (I love Lou Zhi's house), nature, landscapes, symmetry (I loved this), special effects especially while the leads talked and pale colors!! 3. I think we all agree with Ge Bi and Lou Yang being the worst characterecs but the most realistics in this drama. 4. As a lover of classic music, I LOVED all the soundtrack, very subtle, simple and beautiful 5. I was very happy to see a lot of Studio Ghilbi in this drama, especially "Only yesterday" because if you have seen the movie and you loved it you will definitely love this because they are both very simple, beautiful, relatable and deep. 6. I love the female lead, not because she was sometimes sassy, but because she had really deep thoughts, remarks, have a wide knowledge of different things and authors. The actress is really pretty and does an amazing job; now I'm her fan! 7. At the first watch I couldn't understand the male lead, but in this second try I really like him because now I get why he acted in someways (imagine yourself going through the same) so I like him better and the actor is really handsome I want to see him in more works. Overall I really liked this drama, I don't think this could be liked or not just because of tastes, I believe is about watching it in the right time. If you are searching for a light and cheerful story, don't watch it now, watched it later when you feel you can embrace a deep story with a lot of emotions and characters that we can find in our life.
The second drama I watched! I even remember at that time (maybe ten years ago?) there weren't many pages with eng subs so it was really hard to watched it with good quality. After so many years I still have this drama in my heart, including "she is" by clazziquai which gave me buttlerflies in my stomach everytime it was played!
I thought this drama was more popular but maybe it was my instagram who made me believe that. Well... while searching for a light drama i found this, I did like it, their acting was good, the music was nice and the plot may not be original (the girl falls in love with the boy, chases him, the boy doesn't like her, he has bad temper) but it's a different thing to be presented inside a hospital. Also i would like to add that Sato Takeru looks so good, I kept looking at him!
I love this drama and I have rewatched it countless times, I like Chae Kyung, Shin and all the characters... BUT there are many times I rewatch this to appreciate Yul's beauty, his voice, his gaze because he is SO aesthetic!
I can’t believe this drama has 7.2 rate! I have rewatched it many times because it hasn’t been any drama who has the same type of FM. Also the relationship between Eun Ju and her stepdad is so beautiful and Jung Myung melted my heart everytime he smiled (and when he sang in spanish “muchos colores “ nunca lo olvido porque nunca he escuchado español en otro drama!)
This drama has a soft spot in my heart. The first time I watched this was 8 years ago but i keep rewatching it every year just to remember... This drama is so pure! I see coments on Hwang Jung Eum but I love her a lot, everytime she cries I cry too. Also I love every character, the grandma, Young Gyu, dong joo, joon ha, the two mi sook, and the rest.
I really really liked this drama! It’s a very easy watch, unique and everything is perfect (the acting, the music, the story of every person). I can’t wait for second season:(
I remember when this drama was airing, there was so much hype about it but I wasn’t really interested. When corona came I started watching it and I was shocked how good the drama was, I became addicted to the point of rewatching eps while waiting for the last episodes. So I want to say to all the people who isn’t sure of watching it, do it! If you like it GOOD and if you don’t GOOD TOO.

At the end of the video he talks about the position of the brooch on MY' mom in the family portrait, the woman who killed GT/ST' mom and the new woman who appears in the next episode! He sayd MY's used the brooch on the right while the other two women (maybe they are the same person) use the brooch on the left side! So maybe MY's mom didnt really kill Gt's mom!!!!!!

In the preview there was a part were a woman in white was holding someone under the bed and MY's dad was searching…
I saw the preview and there isn’t any scene with a woman in white, but I agree with your theory because MY said that they needed a portrait to be a family but the portrait of her with her mom and dad she is older, there aren’t any photos of her as a baby. Also We need to have in mind blue-bard story and what MY’s mom said to GT’mom, it sounded like the second one give to the other advices because she may be inexperience!!
I’m scared for tomorrow’s ep! In the preview it shows MY alone and sad Like longing for someone at the hospital ? we all know they give us a happy ep then a heartbreaking one
