junseo was insanely annoying and toxic. I'm the last person who'll defend Ah-Jin, but Junseo was easily the worst…
right like the point of the show is that ahjin is made monster, but junseo is no better. he was the one who wanted to have the most control over her, not to stop her from doing what she did, but just to feel like she is his possession.
lowkey need darim to have a 2-3 episodes full of yearn (even that won’t make up for what jihyeok has been put through). i’m rooting for them since its a drama but honestly irl id tell jihyeok to pick his self respect from the ground and move TF on. 😭 i hate when one character gets it the easy way out. i’m not saying darim hasn’t had her struggles with their romance, but theres no denying that she has the most control over it, yet she is the one who has been dragging it for the longest. sure, you could feel insecure, but it is stupid to be so oblivious to someone’s feelings for you. it pisses me off when writers add in the “he doesn’t like me he’s just nice to me” trope and milk it till the very end. like cmon. and she keeps denying it too. ONLY if she stopped denying it, she wouldn’t be crying over his engagement. like girl this is the consequence of your own actions? 😭😭😭
this one junseo fan/apologist in the comments spamming nonsense like crazyy 😭 like girl he aint letting you hit it’s ok to admit he was mad insane and toxic
i think we all agree that jihyeok’s home scene where he faces his fears and trauma was so well done. i love how his actions actually have depth and meaning behind them, and i love that he is someone who knows his boundaries and sets things straight. green flag blah blah aside, he’s one of the, if not the most, well rounded and sensible male leads i’ve seen as of recently. even if he gets swayed, he makes sure his morals stay above his feelings and i love that he doesn’t want to repeat the cycle and is working on it actively
nah the sulli was not him I think it was his cousin who did that and he was aware but he could not focus on it.…
what in da idiocy is this comment. none of the things you mentioned prove that he isn’t a fucking demon. just bec someone grew up with a loving fam doesn’t mean they can’t be bad people with horrible actions
whats going on with Junseo? its like he's finally starting to free himself from the shackles of Ah-Jins manipulation,…
i think it was when ahjin didn’t need him anymore, and when he couldn’t even force her to use him for anything anymore, he realized he had to be the reason for her downfall so she could end up with either him or nothing. it’s not development, he’s just toxicly attached to her and he needs her to make him feel worthy by needing him, or he’ll make sure she needs nobody but him
I get the feeling that she wasn’t allowed many choices. So her father basically arrange the marriage with JiHyeok.
yeah i mean dating doesn’t always have to be so serious. if she finds someone attractive she can date them, also she is very rich so she prob never gaf
my theory is seonu started liking darim after his divorce and as she was the one along w her mom to take care of him. the very basic cliche “she saved me at my worst” trope. but he will most def fall for hayoung, however that will when she goes away and he realizes he was slowly falling for her all along while taking those birthday photos. as for the MLs i honestly dk how they will let jihyeok recover from all the damage but im rooting for the couples.
this drama is just one episode on repeat. they get lucky, something bad happens, then they somehow solve it. the cycle goes on for every 1-2 eps to the point that i wonder if the writers are 5th graders writing their narrative essays. there’s no depth to any main leads. the only storyline i actually feel somewhat connected to is miho and nam-mo. their story is cute and i actually love how they communicate. otherwise this drama is genuinely one huge mess. i watched it only because i was bored out of my mind over thanksgiving break lol.
