This drama does not drag at ALL. It's literally the smoothest, perfectly paced 40 episode drama I think I've ever seen. I wish it was longer TT

not a law necessarily, but a censorship issue. If the directors want an air date, it has to go through Chinese review first. I assume that they didn't want any issues with kissing especially considering the actors ages, so they played it safe and did not show any.
