Sorry for the late response but I remember knetz discussing about why it's called Lovely Runner. From what I remember, they had the realization during episode 11, where Sol and Sunjae discussed about his future at a cafe.

Much like Sol who runs to the past to meet and save Sunjae in 2008, Sunjae promises to run diligently to the future (2023) to meet the Sol that loves him.

Which is why they keep showing the number 34 on the bus in episode 2. It's a good foreshadowing, actually.

I imagine him looking like the way he did in Salon Drip when he found out that HY and GH has special contact names for each other. 🤭

Sol and Sunjae are really like Hyeyoon and Wooseok in real life. Hyeyoon thinks that Wooseok is getting further away, but Wooseok thinks that he's finally able to approach her where she is.

Just like how Sol thought that Sunjae is getting further away in episode 2, when he refused to be her Ilchon, but it turns out that he was just standing behind her, smiling as he zips her bag.
