People are sleeping on this drama bcs they thought it is fatshaming women, but it doesn't!! It carries lots of serious messages abt loving oneself, recognizing one's worth, achieving dream & love! I was thinking too how would they wrap this up but they did it so perfectly. Hope many will start watching this and enjoy it as much as I did!

I thought this would have been more memorable and beautiful to end as a tragedy. But Kim Dan & Yeon Seo truly went a lot so I am highly satisfied with the ending.

Yes the secretary only got fired if i'm not mistaken. Anyway, Gi Daeju is charming when he is with Veronica Park, look forward to their scenes! ;)

The friend (Gi Daeju) has nothing to do with the attack. They just made him look suspicious. But Gi Daeju's mom died while running an errand for Do Min Ik's father (she was his secretary). Ms. Lee Eul was her friend and this became the main reason why she started embezzling dirty money from the company. As for the uncle, he only hated Do Min Ik for the usual reason...power.

The guy surrendered himself to the police. He was actually a driver to Do Min Ik's uncle (also a director at the company). He was injured in an accident while he was working but the company did not compensate him. Basically the company was being very unfair towards contract workers. So Ms. Lee Eul (Gi Daeju's secretary) secretly plotted an organization to embezzle the dirty money from the company for the purpose of welfare of the contract workers. They kept all the transactions in a ledger (since they only steal dirty money, the ledger reveals a lot of bribery and embezzlement that happened in the company) the usb but somehow the usb ended up with Do Min Ik hence the reason the guy tried to retrieve it. He didn't actually mean to attack Do Min Ik. He was just working Ms. Lee Eul as a way to repay her.

Ikr, the blind brother is so hilarious! Especially when he is with Do Min Ik!

Ep24. But this drama is good, too bad if you were to skip most of it :)

I love this drama so much that it was a torture to have to wait for Monday & Tuesday every week! But let's be honest, if it is not bcs he is totally in love with his secretary, he wouldn't really bother to care about the welfare of the contract workers too. Remember, he was quite a bully towards Gal Hee too initially. So I don't get it why some are so angry with Gal Hee when she decides to pretend as VP. I feel like Do Min Ik actually deserves some lesson from her. So yea he learnt the lesson when he starts falling for her. Now he is her 'minion' haha. But ok it's so cute of how obvious that he's head over heels for her haha. Love does make someone a better person I guess. Btw, I have so many favourite duos in this drama!

Not a really a likeable female lead, she is very noisy and acts like a kid. The male lead is also stiff. I just has to drop this even when i'm into cliche romcom like this

Ep. 4
Ke Huan is so sincerely in love with her! Just see how heartbroken he looks when he finally sells his house to her and to have witness her being proposed by another man right before his eyes. But I am not sure yet about Wei Wei. The provocation from Ke Huan and his spontaneity are what waver her feelings for Hao Yi. And those are what she finds lacking in Hao Yi. It's still too early to see if her newly developed feelings for Ke Huan is love or not :/

Btw, I am so annoyed with Zi Yuan. So glad that her sister is there to sometimes knock some sense into her bcs if it was me there, I would have given her a smack in the face ugh. But this story is unique, if it is another story with cheating only as one of the minor conflicts, we would have seen Zi Yuan as the damsel in distress of the drama, waiting for her true male lead bcs her 10 years bf is no longer interested in her. But this drama makes us see from another perspective (totally not condoning cheating though). Anyway, I am so happy Ke Huan is finally telling her his intention to break up! That break up that should have happened a long longgggg time ago!

The story might be draggy but I love the slow romance between the leads. From employer-employee, friends to lovers, they progress slowly yet realistically. I am an avid fan of exo since Tao was still a part of the group so I know how is his personality like. So pleased to see they built Boxu so close to his off screen character, esp the childish part of his. And the character of Zhenzhen suits Tao so much that if Tao were to have a girlfriend, I hope he would find someone like her :)

I don't think the girl is Yeon Seo's past life bcs the age won't add up. Yeon Seo is probably 22 bcs she met Kim Dan 10 years ago when she was twelve. The girl (JI Kangwoo's gf) was still alive at that time. That's what I figured out (if I didn't miss any points). Yeon Seo is probably only her look alike.

Ep 3:
It seems Ke Huan and Zi Yuan are not a couple at first, it's more like he is trapped with the promise he has made with her mom. And Zi Yuan is deluded into thinking that by taking care of her, he has to be in a relationship with her. But all along he has only seen her as a family (just as what he told Weiwei ''Zi Yuan is only a family!'') Prolly bcs there wasn't any girl that piqued his interest before, he therefore, just plays along and ends up in a 10 years of cold relationship. He is starting to retaliate now that Weiwei has appeared in his life and caught his eyes.

I hate how Director Ji insists on shaping Yeon Seo the way he wants to see her. But ofc that inevitable bcs he is supposed to be so caught up with his first love (or whatever).
