There is a translated version on the internet, i believe you can just google the title and it will pop up. I also recommend reading the novel first, it makes the smaller details in the drama more noticeable :)

I also think this is much much better! At one point in Put Your Head On My Shoulder I just got bored but this literally put me on the edge of my seat! I keep wanting more and more, so sad it's already the end ????
