currently watching ep.1 and omg! sparks everywhere.. their chemistry was on another level here and the cinematography is also way better than one & only.
main lead’s chemistry has been proven and tested many times already so it’s out of the question. the sweet moments and the kissing scenes were amazing too specially if you’re a sucker for cheesiness. they went all out here, lol. i’ve watched seasons 1&2 and i loved the characters but this time i was somehow annoyed at tan’er, she was selfish here. maybe the goal was to make cute scenes, particularly in episodes wherein she’s trying to make cheng cheng jelous, idk but it comes as toxic and immature to me thinking that they’ve gone through so much together and that they have a child that she claims she misses. i just cannot justify her immaturity with her love for cheng cheng. sadly this one lacks depth to me compared to seasons 1&2.
i love how chill all the male characters are in this drama, they just left all those bickering moments to the women. and zhang han, omg! he is such an amazing actor. all those eye contacts and even his mannerisms were amazing. his chemistry with lulu xu is great. the cheesyness of this drama is on another level (in a good way) and don’t get me started on those kissing scenes.. amazing! lol. i still think 45 episodes for this type of story is still too long though.
this is an OK series. you'd enjoy watching this specially if you're a fluff lover type of viewer . i had to skip a lot of parts though. . tbh this could be an 18 ep. drama instead of 31 ep. if only they didn't add all the unnecessary scenes. also, idk why but i find the fl's character so annoying amongst all the other characters.
fl kinda gives me han ye-seul vibes. her chemistry with ml was amazing. ml's character was the sweetest. ma le was the best boss ever and that proposal was cute.
done watching but had to skip many parts cause except for the kissing scenes i just didn't felt that wow factor.. lol. ml's character is just too weak for me. also, i think that his acting isn't up to par with the fl's acting. btw, idk if it's just me but Bei Chen kinda looks like bts jimin.
after that ending, this definitely deserves a spinoff. ml and fl's chemistry as their historical characters was cute but when i saw them in that last scene.. wow! they definitely look good together.
the main lead’s chemistry was amazing. even though the skinship in this series was close to none, it was ok. i just wished they’d atleast kiss before they died though, lol.
i hate sad endings but even though they both died, i was not that disappointed, thinking that shiyi won’t have to suffer the pain of losing her love while enduring the disgust of being with somebody she doesn’t love.
maybe because i wasn't really expecting much from this drama that i find it quite tolerable to watch.. had to skip some of the scenes though. ml and fl's chemistry was so-so, didn't really felt the spark even in their kissing scenes. overall it was ok.
after watching this series, i have come to realize how important french fries' role.. it could somehow contribute to peace and order in a chaotic world.
Please watch it til the end it has a good story line ❤️
done watching. Nian Qin and Wu Yan's chemistry is so on point that i could honestly feel how genuine their love is for each other. and that ending btw, it was perfect. ❤️
i hated otaro's character from ep.1-9, he's too selfish.. but that moment in ep.10 wherein he kept kissing saiko and asks her repeatedly to go back had me in tears, i felt his pain. he didn't care anymore that everybody saw him kissing her in his own wedding, he just wanted her to be alive again. for me that was the best part in this whole series.
this is a nice series but it has the worst ending ever. i mean, this has 47 episodes but the ending kinda felt rushed to me. also, i was sad for ruo sheng & mu qing’s tandem/friendship.. idk, their chemistry was amazing. i was sort of hoping for something more than just that explosion. ke xin & mu qing’s on screen chemistry was amazing too..
i hate sad endings but even though they both died, i was not that disappointed, thinking that shiyi won’t have to suffer the pain of losing her love while enduring the disgust of being with somebody she doesn’t love.
yes they both died, but still their love won.
subs not finished yet.
