She acted great especially with her emotions but she came across like an annoying little girl at times. I feel like someone else being FL may have had better chemistry with ML. But overall i still liked the show.

I agree with you. I enjoyed it and it was a bittersweet show but it wasn’t the best for me because I also found FL a little annoyingly needy. The hospital kidnapping was such a frustrating scene.
I really liked this movie - all star cast, AI issues.. the theme was just really sad and I needed a few tissues at the end during the airport scene. It reminded me a lot of a few black mirror episodes, not just the one about the dead loved one but also the cloning episode. and it was nice to see Choi woo shik and yumi acting together after watching them on Jinnys kitchen. Wish it was a series so I could watch more.

I was warned ML would die after reading Lovely Runner comments, but this was just sad and pointless?? How did ML even die? My heart went out to the poor babies crying at the train station, and they don’t even get to see each other again. Ever. Coz poof, like that he just dies. Poor FL goes through emotional trauma she’ll never get over and watches a video at the end made by an extremely handsome guy who cared so much about her, and she can’t even do anything coz he’s gone. smh 💔
Also this show was filmed in 2021, only 2-3 years before My Demon - how does FL look so young in comparison??
I enjoyed this more than expected. Great portraying of society and human behavior when it comes to money and power. Mimics what happened during WWII when a tyrant like Hitler gains power.
Film production was also great with arthouse flair and there was good character development, especially as they showed flashbacks of how each person ended up wanting to commit suicide (besides room 6 - we just saw him beat up his boss?!). Not sure why there’s so many negative comments. This was like squid game with more depth about human psychology, much better story imo.
And how amazing was room 8 Atypical fam girl’s acting!!
This was surprisingly so good! consistently suspenseful, amazing cast and OST. Just wished romance played out with Han Joon Hwi and Kang Sol coz their chemistry was 🔥
