It's my first So Ji Sub drama too; he didn't really do much for me at first, but after a couple of episodes I really started to like him, he gives the character so much personality I love it!
Yeh, I know what you mean about being busy, I'm already having a hard time catching up on the weekends. Sigh, can't wait for the next holidays already :|..

Argh this, there were exactly 2 times this year where I was grateful for having a busy and distracting schedule, first time was when IHYV was airing and the other is now that I have to wait for new The Masters Sun episodes. Why are you making me appreciate work, South Korea, that's just wrong. :|

Whuah, excellent choice! Since "Mother" is in your Top 5, I think you might like "Woman" since it's from the same scripwriter and the same director. It's a rather calm and quiet, but very intense drama! The acting is most excellent, the plot is well-written and the relationships between the characters are very interesting. There was never a moment where I felt it was draggy, and every scene felt necessary. And it made me think and ponder a lot, about various issues (family relationships, health, forgiveness, etc.). I hope I'm not making you expect too much (and end up disappointed) haha, but yeah, it really captivated me and I still think about it despite the fact that I finished it days ago. :)

It definitely did say 20 episodes on this MDL page. However, maybe EliKimIsMyBabo meant that it was always supposed to be just 16 episodes, but the info on the MDL page was just incorrect? Either way, 16 episodes seems just about right for the plot, although I'll be so sad when I have to let go of the characters ;A;..

Probably THE most overhyped, I don't think any of this years dramas had people going this crazy weeks & months before the drama aired haha.

In case anyone else cares, I did this terrific thing called googling: it airs on wednesdays and thursdays. Fair enuff.

Whoah, this drama. I'm usually a bit sceptic when I myself read comments like this, but - this REALLY was one of the best dramas I've ever watched.

Maaaaaan the scene where he chases away the ghosts so she can sleep is so cute, it made me go all gaga (with lots of squeeing and "uwaaaah" and "eeeeeh <333") in front of the screen. I know the kiss was supposed to be the proper highlight of the episode, but that scene was just sooooo heartwarming and funny and lovely and ah, it made me feel all fuzzy inside.

My first Lee Seung Gi drama and I expected to swoon over him like everyone else, but really, the one who truly charmed me is Shin Min Ah omg ;A; <333

I have such a shirt and I never turned into a tall, handsome South Korean mid-twenty oppa while wearing it, not even once ;A;

However, I do admit that I find him to be younger looking in this than in BOF. It might be the haircut?

It's good that it was only 10 episodes after all, so the drama didn't end up boring or draggy. Really enjoyed this :D!!

I don't really like this new ~twist~ with Hyung Joon being alive, not because I don't want her with him (because I really do), but because I'm afraid they'll kill him off eventually.. They probably only made Gun Woo tell her that he saw him, so she can send off Hyung Joon properly and It'll be just like the nurse's story. No. Nooo. NOOOOOO. But moreso I'm worried that with just 2 episodes left, they won't properly wrap up the story, eurch.

Yeeeeeeeep, totally looking like highschoolers, not looking like college students or university graduates or just mid-twenties being mid-twenties at all, nope.

Not judging Suzy's acting skills (I haven't seen Gu Family Book anyway), but I think people might be taking the award a bit too serious to begin with :|? That was basically a people's choice award (probably should've just called it that, instead of using the word "outstanding"), so idols are bound to win because their fanbase is more likely to vote for them. Seeing the other nominees, I would have been suprised if Suzy had NOT won haha.

Having said that.. WHAAAAAAAAAAT HOW CAN YOU NOT LIKE IHYV?! xD

I got so used to the old pic, for a second I was like "Who's dis and why is he in my Favourite Actors list" before I looked at the name, haha u_u <3
