Can someone tell me if the AlanJeff storyline is satisfying this season pleaseee, I'm not a fan of the main couple (not the actors, the characters) but I really liked AJ's plot in the first season. I'm just wondering if I should even bother giving this a try, or if I should let their story end for me the way it did in s1. Thanks !

im so pleasantly surprised with the kiss & nc scene what?! sure it isnt the greatest but like it is not bad at all??? it fits in v nicely with the overall cutesiness of their storyline and 1. no disgusted faces at all 2. pretty setup 3. soft, lovedovey af and they kept the shy vibe but no sudden prude energy surge afterward lmao (i mean from what i got cuz this my first round - no subs) 4. not assaulty [unless you're a person for whom a bit of alcohol in the system means no common sense in every case xddd which um well i guess you're allowed if thats how it is for ya (also they might be completely sober in that scene but i wouldnt know bcs of the not v clear time skip once again - no subs yet)]. so while lita apparently be setting a new bar for the acting in ncs, this has a one over it (unexpectedly) cause that one was a assault disaster (ooop)

i think (now i might be reading into this and you might be right on it but) from what i understood from the subs on that part and the whole situation (idk how that holds up with the novel, didnt read it) what team said "don't touch me yet" related to the fact that he didnt wanna have a reaction (that could happen cause he was still aroused) to sombody's touch that maybe wasn't meant in a intimate way. from what we already know abt his character it makes sense he wouldn't have thought that win was actually seriously coming onto him, maybe he thought he was joking/making fun of him like his friends before. so then when he kissed him he was confused x2. and when he pushed him away win didn't try to do it again, instead he invited him to his room, didnt drag him there or anything either and then still proceeded to ask him the questions. it seems pretty reasonable to me, honestly. like if i put myself in that situation i dont feel uncomfortable or anything. but then again... that's just how i undrestood what he said.

i think for me it's kinda the opposite? like it's somehow too much... there's too many potential storylines that make me worried that winteam's gonna get pushed to the side at some point (esp because i already felt this first episode had too many deanpharm flashbacks that weren't really needed for us to know where we were in the story, but i might be biased cuz i really dont like them ha). i could speculate that what you're missing rn is the bickering part of their chemistry and all the smiling... but i mean it'll most probably be back with next eps

(but bear in mind that i skip absolutely all scenes that aren't about the new couple so my thoughts are just about their story . ) obviously production value is ,,, well not v high and the actors might not be top tier or insanely talented amateurs but the story is a kind of "classic" tropey cliche that is highly entertaining, light and fun and it kind of ... works with that? and i actually don't find the acting that "stiff", i'd say while they're clearly inexperienced they have their moments (not every actor was incredible from the start, and some good ones esp in this part of the industry don't make any further progress and idk i see the potential for growth here you know? but just take em away from this companyyyy) . i also don't find it unwatchable and while bd has amazing cinematography ... the acting ruins it completely (probably in part because of the contrast with the quality of production) . it's deffo not a hidden gem or anything like that but it isn't the worst time killer either :)) (i'd take it over geny2 or omsn and countless others any day)

it starts out pretty good, the last two eps are pretty bad, overall it's an okay series i'd say. pretty standard, nothing extraordinary but it's entertaining. there's a love triangle, but the romance isn't that heavy. happy ending, kind of an open one too. if you have nothing better to watch it'll do but don't expect too much

ive been wondering abt jinta (not)being an angel from the beginning but i feel like they wouldnt lie abt this just bcs it'd be too hard to resolve quickly, and bcs i believe tin basically brought the loops upon himself when he prayed (hence the angel) for tol not to die when they were kids thus making himself his lifelong savior
