i do think yan an's acting is lacking esp when he's opposite tian xi wei cos shes just fantastic but overall, one of the best dramas ive seen this year

up until now, i was a fan. now the whole coma, getting married during the coma, amnesia plotline seems so contrived and convoluted. super unnecessary. pingjun suspecting changxuan is also very arbitrary. a lot of messy writing this episode. im not really excited for whats next.

i dont really know but from the dir's past dramas (something in the rain, one spring night) that i've watched, this is maybe his style. they also had warm, almost sepia-toned color grading.

both actors are so good at what they do so i'm really excited for where they take this
