Just what is it with this show that makes me feel sooooo much? I love it when it messes with my emotions like this (in a good way)! These characters are just too precious.
Surprisingly good, so far. I'm totally loving it! It has a likable cast of characters who are portrayed well by their respective actors. Lee Won Geun and Jung Eun Ji's chemistry is sizzling, man. I grin and giggle every time I think about them. ♥♥♥ I like how the show is adorable, bromantic and refreshing, has emotional depth, and tackles real issues concerning youth and the education system. And we haven't started on the cheerleading parts yet (which I'm really looking forward to)!
Beautiful, beautiful show. Not perfect (what constitutes a perfect drama anyway?), but still beautiful. There's…
Hi there! Aw shucks, now I feel a little embarrassed. I did say a lot of CRAZY stuff in there. Ahaha. *nervous laughter* Thank you though!
Healer is one of those rare dramas which leaves you clamoring for more, more, MOAR! There's still so much plot to cover. A sequel would be awesome, but far-fetched. Sadly, I just don't see a continuation seeing the light of day with the budget constraints. :( But one can always hope! And PARK BONG SOOKIE is a winner! Agreed, I just want more of him!
Also, yay to Healer for achieving 6th place overall and #2 in dramas!
Hope it doesn't get unfairly down-voted this time around again. Come on. 1?! 1.5? That's just plain old trolling. :/ No matter how much I might dislike a show, I'll never ever give it a 1. I think everyone's rational enough to know that NO drama deserves such a low score. Let's be reasonable here, yes? Thank you.
Beautiful, beautiful show. Not perfect (what constitutes a perfect drama anyway?), but still beautiful. There's a reason why so many people became cray cray for this drama. (I am one of the nutcases who kept squeeing about it every week on the immortal Healer threads in Dramabeans lol.)
Its beauty lies within the level of connection between all of the wonderfully written characters, and how you find yourself believing in/caring for them. They felt REAL and ALIVE. The carefully constructed plot and dialogue by Ms. Song Ji Na, bolstered by phenomenal acting delivered by the cast, was what turned Healer into magic. Plus OTP is just killer! The ONE to beat in my fangirl heart!
Suffice it to say no drama has ever made me so (dare I say it!) addicted and emotionally attached. Healer was truly a blast! That's why I gave it a 10. Thank you for the fun ride, show!
P.S. A tip for those who are interested in watching: The first two episodes will start out a bit confusing (especially if you have zero background knowledge about the characters whatsoever), but it was all necessary for laying out the groundwork. It'll take you around episode 4 or 5 to get completely sucked in (wait till the whole Lois and Clark thing plays out). Then from episode 8 and onwards, you're a goner. Word of advice: PREPARE TO BE RUINED.
I mean, the withdrawal syndrome I'm getting from this show is no joke. I literally feel like a Healer-zombie right now.
