Title Where Stars Land Spoiler
I saw lots of negative comments about the drama but still decided to try it because the premise of it enticed…
Another gripe I had was that while we eventually are told that Ms Yang and Mr Choi are a married couple, we never got to know what exactly made the relationship between Ms Yang and Mr Seo so negative, something that had made me curious since the beginning as Mr Choi and Mr Seo seemed to be on bad terms too. I do agree that the final episode was wrapped up poorly, it felt like there were a lot of string left untied. If not for the last episode, my rating would've probably went up to a 10

I saw lots of negative comments about the drama but still decided to try it because the premise of it enticed me since it's not something we often see in dramas. This isn't just a drama about the romance between the ML and FL. It's a drama about the staff working at the airport and the stories of the people that pass through the airport every day. While some might not like the fact that the drama focused so much on the little stories of minor characters, it's something that I really liked. The only gripe I had was that I didn't understand why the other 2 team managers were considered as main characters when it felt like I saw the 2 security officers more than them. The music was also extremely beautiful, particularly the OSTs by O.WHEN and Chungha.

The FL really gets on my nerves. Especially during the chicken guessing competition, she basically cheated her way through the competition just to stop her boss from promoting his place? And she still has the guts to be proud about it. It just annoys me so much ugh

And why is the show even talking about stockholm syndrome? Didn't she agree to work as a part timer for him herself...

I loved this drama. So so so much.

I really liked how all of them dealt with the aftermath of the collapse (be it being a survivor or having lost someone close) in different ways. It really showed how everyone grieves in their own way, and we aren't one to judge how a grieving person is feeling.

When I first started the drama, I found it interesting how Kang Doo's friendships were all quite unconventional. While others his age would find their closest friends in classmates and colleagues, Kang Doo's closest friends were all very different. And I think that really shows what kind of person he is. Like the doctor said in episode 16, "What type of life has he led that so many people are willing to donate their liver to him?". It really resonates with something I've been living by these days: When I die, who will mourn? How will they remember me? and I think that's what I really really liked about this show. Despite all Kang Doo went through, he never stopped being genuine. He never stopped being compassionate. And that's what I'll always remember about this show.

This drama was realistic. Kang Doo's phone might be a small detail, but it's something many other dramas brush over and that really impressed me. The setting of a construction site isn't something that is often seen in dramas and that too, fascinated me.

I'll end with a quote I really love from the show:

"We should be thankful that we are alive.
And we should become happier with more strength."
- episode 16

(sorry for the long comment, I just had to let out my thoughts on the drama;;)

Loved it. The ending definitely broke my heart, but I guess it shows the reality. Honestly I quite expected the sad ending from the beginning, but as the movie played I started to hope that we would get a happy ending. Something I'm wondering about is whether he's her first love too because she gave me the impression that she generally was cold and indifferent to boys until Woo-yeon came along.

I enjoyed this so much

It's a simple show that took the route fewer dramas take. Us viewers constantly thought this would be like other dramas out there and assumed Soo Soo was the ex husband, the dad's future wife was cheating, the father and daughter were actually a married man and his mistress. Yet this drama was different and rather, it was more simple than most of us (me included) probably assumed the plot would be.

The way I see it, this isn't a show where the end goal is the couple just getting together and being happy, but rather it's about the relationship growth. The ending didn't answer many questions, but somehow it felt complete. We don't learn whether the lady boss ends up dying, what happens to Na Hyun, or even whether Ma Ru wins the lawsuit. But I guess the drama in a way brought across the message that rather than always focusing on the end result, the process in more important (like how the different relationships matured over the trip)

I personally found the side stories more enjoyable than the main couple's story. Particularly the father-daughter story.

+ Soo Soo and Doo Ri's families are the cutest omg when they transitioned from everyone sniffling to the lively karaoke session

wait, I don't understand the epilogue. So Jae Chan already knew from the start that Hong Joo is Bamtori aka Chestnut?
I think he just had his suspicions

I really loved how everything was connected so well. Like how they brought Kang Dae Hee and his sister into the story even before the case and how it linked to their relationship (in the case of 'predicting' coffee orders). And how Myung Dae Gu became Jae Chan's brother's friend through a case not relevant to him but led us to his father's case which was eventually related to the final case. Even how Woo Tak almost got into /the/ accident because he was colourblind and that started his dreams. (honestly I could keep going a write a whole long ass paragraph on how everything flowed so smoothly but i'll just stop here haha)

Also, I had this random thought that Woo Tak and Yoo Bum honestly are like complete opposites. Both have had problems with their parents, yet one was willing to give up his job for justice, whereas the other gave up justice to keep his job.

I've honestly never enjoyed a final episode so much. Was really hoping So Yoon would come back again in the final episode and she did!

One thing I still don't understand, however, is why saying the date, time and location helps them to see it in their dreams. Since their dreaming of something in the future, when it's actually happening, the dream would've been in the past. So if they didn't say it when something happened, would the person dreaming of it just forget it??? Basically what I'm saying is, since I dream of the future, how can I change the dream? Isn't what you'll dream about already set? Since we can't change what we say in the future until we actually reach that moment

The wikipedia synopsis (which is in no way a synopsis) seems to explain more than the movie itself. They had so much to squeeze into an hour and a half that the plot didn't quite make sense (like how did they fall in love????) Also, there was no marriage. Still, some parts were quite funny, like the handcuff scene.

Title School 2017 Spoiler
It feels like the bromance from School 2013 and the romance from School 2015 were combined with a (kinda) mystery to make this series.

I really wish they had tied up things better. Like when did Tae Woon start to fall for her? I'm actually really curious. Also, it would've been nice if we could see more of Teacher Shim and Officer Han's romance (though I'm thankful for that kiss hehe). Above all, they didn't tell us what happened to the other classmates, like Bit Na or Hee Chan. (and what about the Sa Rang x Kyung Woo couple ;-;)

+ remember how Rowoon's name was announced alongside Sejeong's to lead this drama? Funny how he seemed to have less scenes than Byung Goo or even Sa Rang's mom and the only impact his character made on the story seemed to be a way for Sa Rang to cheer up.

Either way, I still really enjoyed the chemistry between the leads and the adult couple. Now to wait another two years for School 2019 :'(

After watching this I finally understand why people become biased when their bias acts as a bad (or kinda bad) character. If Wang Chi Ang was played by another actor I probably would've hated his guts so bad but I just couldn't hate him because well... it's Hongbin!

Anyway that ending made me so happy hehe. I've been shipping Chi Ang and Sun Ah since he pinched her cheeks when Shi Woo came back

I really love Bona's acting here but why is her accent different from the others it sounds more North Korean…
Not sure but I think she's one of the few main cast whose hometown is Daegu

I really liked how it seemed to show just what greed does to us. Each story was relatable and I found myself wondering if I would have done the same thing as the characters. 'friends', grades, beauty, a 'perfect' life, power. Those are things we all want and that's what I found the most relatable. I also really like that it kind of 'mirrored' the effects of greed, particularly losing the people around you.
